The short version
Pal Breed Chart does not require an account. When you choose Palworld save files, the app reads and parses them on your device. Save files and the pals found in them are not uploaded to Pal Breed Chart or Vercel. The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics; packaged native apps do not initialize that analytics service.
Save files and local storage
Save parsing runs entirely on your device. The save files you select stay on your device and are not sent over the network by Pal Breed Chart.
After a successful scan, the app stores the parsed owned-pal list and scan time in your browser's storage on this device. That local list can include species, nickname, gender, level, passives, IVs, and box or base location. The save files themselves are never stored. This cache lets the app restore your owned pals without asking you to scan the save again.
Use Forget my save on the My Save screen to delete the cached owned-pal list. Clearing the site's browser storage or the native app's local storage also removes it.
Website analytics
The website at palbreedchart.com uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand aggregate usage. Pal Breed Chart does not send custom analytics events or save contents to Vercel. The analytics integration is not initialized in the packaged desktop and mobile apps.
Vercel describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and anonymized. Its service may process the visit time, page path and filtered query parameters, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel says its visitor session is discarded after 24 hours and is not used to follow a visitor across sites. See Vercel's Web Analytics privacy documentation for current details.
Data sharing and retention
Pal Breed Chart does not sell personal data. Locally cached save results remain on your device until you remove them as described above. Website analytics data is processed and retained by Vercel under its service terms and privacy documentation.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date.
